ERG’s and Diversity Councils work closely to ensure organizational strategic alignment. We partner with our clients to develop, implement, maintain or optimize an existing ERG’s and Diversity Councils.
ERG’s are voluntary groups of employees who are organized based on a primary diversity dimension (e.g., ethnicity, race, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, etc.). These individuals work together to advance a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Below are a few ERG’s
The DEI Council is comprised of representatives from the ERG’s and other employee support groups. The D&I Council reports to the Chief Diversity Officer and the D&I Leadership Council. The D&I Council purpose is to serves as a liaison between represented groups on the development and implementation of the D&I strategy. The council execute the solutions and provides feedback on effectiveness.
The DEI Executive Council provides support and guidance towards achieving the organization’s D&I strategic goals. They review and approve ERG’s initiatives and serve as executive sponsors and advisors.
