  • Implement-Implement the DEI Strategic Plans
  • Measure-The goal of the DEI Strategic Plan is to close the gap between the current state and the desired future state. Measurement phase ensures the accountability is embedded in all of the phases and throughout the implementation process. Metrics and key performance indicators are tracked and measured to drive positive results.
